Handstand Basics gives you a program that you can do 2-5 times per week, for 6 weeks.

When you sign up for personalised online coaching with me, this will be close to first Handstand program but without the personal customisation. If you have never had done a handstand before but want to have a program to follow, this is for you.

It will give you all the tools necessary to open your shoulders, give you great strength and mobility in your wrists, shoulders, core and glutes. While there are also some good lower body mobility drills to help open your hips.

It will also give you a process and the confidence to start learning a Handstand in a safe and effective manner. No random kicking up and falling over. This process works, keeps you injury free and slowly builds you up.

This program will give you a great base to start conditioning your body line, and work towards building up the strength and body awareness to start training handstands up on a wall.

I’m not going to lie to you, this program will NOT give you a 10 sec freestanding Handstand. But it will give you everything you need to start on the journey towards that.
